1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Pep mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Pep is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:

• Personalized football training guidance
• AI coaching conversations
• Training program generation
• Progress tracking and benchmarks
• Community features and leaderboards

3. Eligibility

To use Pep, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• If under 18, have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not have been previously banned from the service

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your email and information up to date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

By using Pep, you acknowledge:

• AI coaching is guidance, not professional medical advice
• You should consult a doctor before starting any exercise program
• You train at your own risk and are responsible for your safety
• You should stop training if you experience pain or discomfort
• Results vary and are not guaranteed
• Pep is not responsible for any injuries sustained while training

7. Intellectual Property

The Pep App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

8. User Content

When you submit content (profile info, chat messages, feedback):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service
• You are responsible for the content you submit
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

9. AI-Generated Content

Training plans, advice, and programs are generated by AI. You acknowledge:

• AI content is generated based on your input and general knowledge
• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate content
• You should use judgment and not blindly follow all suggestions
• We continuously work to improve AI accuracy

10. Community Features

When participating in community features (leaderboards):

• Be respectful to other users
• Do not attempt to game or manipulate leaderboards
• Understand that your public profile may be visible to others

11. Subscriptions and Payments

Pep offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pep Pro") that unlock additional features:

Subscription Options

• Pep Pro Monthly: Auto-renewing subscription billed monthly
• Pep Pro Yearly: Auto-renewing subscription billed annually

Current pricing is displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency.

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase

Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• If you violate these Terms
• If we discontinue the service
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The content will be accurate or complete
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Personal injury resulting from training activities
• Actions of other users

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pep, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Norway.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
